Sagada is not a drive-through destination. Day one goes underground at Sumaguing Cave before moving into Echo Valley, the Hanging Coffins and Sagada pottery. After an overnight in town, day two begins early on Marlboro Hill and ends slowly over Sagada food. The weekend leaves enough space between physically demanding experiences instead of stacking every famous trail into one impossible day.
